Chelsea Football Club has etched its name into European football history by becoming the first team to win all four major UEFA club competitions. This milestone was achieved following a commanding 4-1 victory over Real Betis in the 2025 UEFA Conference League final held at the Wrocław Stadium in Poland on May 28, 2025.

With this triumph, Chelsea adds the UEFA Conference League to its impressive collection of European titles, which includes:
- UEFA Champions League: 2012, 2021
- UEFA Europa League: 2013, 2019
- UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup: 1971, 1998

The Match Unfolded
Real Betis took an early lead in the 9th minute with a goal from Abde Ezzalzouli. However, Chelsea responded with a dominant second-half performance. Enzo Fernández equalized in the 65th minute, followed by goals from Nicolas Jackson, Jadon Sancho, and Moisés Caicedo, sealing a 4-1 victory for the Blues.
