Portable Reveals N70M Earnings After Knockout Bout

Controversial Nigerian street-hop artist, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has unveiled the staggering amount he made from his recent celebrity boxing match with fellow entertainer Speed Darlington—claiming he raked in a whopping N70 million in just three days.
Portable, who emerged victorious via technical knockout in the much-hyped match held on April 18, disclosed this during a recent interview, revealing a breakdown of the unexpected windfall that followed his participation.
According to him, he received N30 million just to accept the fight, N20 million as prize money after his win, and an additional N20 million from Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy—who reportedly supported him in what many saw as a public rivalry with Speed Darlington.
“Them first give me N30M make I accept say I go fight. Them come say, if I win, N20M, that’s 50. Na him uncle Burna, after I fight I beat am—I even wound am—send 20 million. I use am make N70 million around 3 days,” Portable said in his usual eccentric tone.
