Regina Daniels Hits Back: Stop Talking About Mercy Johnson Like That
The social media drama in Nollywood took a fiery turn as actress Regina Daniels clapped back at Angela Okorie over her recent remarks about Mercy Johnson’s health.
Angela had gone live on Instagram claiming that Mercy Johnson is battling a serious illness, and advised the actress to seek forgiveness from those she may have hurt. According to Angela, Mercy’s recent posts filled with religious language didn’t reflect her “true self.”
Her comments didn’t sit well with many, including Regina Daniels, who wasted no time responding.
In a now-viral post, Regina came for Angela’s mental state and urged Mercy not to forgive. “With all due respect, Aunty Angela, you dey mad,” Regina wrote. “Abeg no forgive because for this side, we no dey forgive. Continue and whilst at it, no forget say she get pikin wey gidigba. No dey shalaye.”

The online back-and-forth has only intensified an already tense situation, with fans of the three actresses, Angela, Mercy, and Regina, taking sides and fanning the flames.
While Mercy Johnson has remained silent, all eyes are on how she might respond, or whether she’ll respond at all.
