The clash between Nollywood stars Regina Daniels and Angela Okorie has taken a new twist, as Regina publicly claimed that Angela once had eyes for her husband, billionaire politician Ned Nwoko.

Angela’s comments didn’t sit well with Regina Daniels, a close friend of Mercy Johnson, who quickly took to social media to defend her. In a scathing post, Regina called Angela “mad” and accused her of lacking home training. She also warned Angela to stop dragging Mercy’s name into public controversies.

Angela Okorie didn’t take the insult lightly. She fired back, criticizing Regina for marrying an older man and suggesting that she did so out of greed, not love. Angela also claimed Regina had no right to speak on issues involving older colleagues, given her relatively young age and experience in the industry.

Regina went further, urging Angela to stop comparing their lives and careers. She said the comparison was not only disrespectful but delusional.

“Age? It’s just a number,” Regina continued. “What really counts is how you’ve lived, what you’ve built, and who you’ve become. The roads I’ve walked, the milestones I’ve hit with grace, not disgrace, are places your bitterness will never take you.”
