See the Harsh Words Radiogad Had for 2Baba Over Annie

Nigerian music legend Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, has once again found himself at the center of a heated social media discussion, this time, sparked by a passionate outburst from popular commentator Destiny Ezeyim, also known as Radiogad.
The drama began after two photos of the veteran artist surfaced online: one from the days he was still with his wife, Annie Idibia, and the other, more recent, allegedly taken during his current relationship with a new partner identified as Natasha. The striking contrast between both images ignited reactions, but none louder than Radiogad’s.
In a video that quickly went viral, Radiogad didn’t mince words. He compared 2Baba’s past and present appearances and concluded—rather sharply—that the singer looked much healthier and more lively while still with Annie. According to him, the singer now appears worn out and underfed.
“2face na mumu man you be,” Radiogad declared. “You go follow Natasha wey dey drink your blood, wey no dey give you food chop. You left Annie wey dey feed you well… now see as you be like person wey dey suffer from kwashiorkor.”
The video, equal parts humor and critique, saw Radiogad blaming Natasha for allegedly draining the once-vibrant singer of his strength and glow. “When you dey with Annie, you were looking so fresh, you were looking like a human being,” he said, doubling down on his call for a reconciliation between the singer and his estranged wife.
Though exaggerated and laced with dramatic expressions, Radiogad’s message touched on a sentiment shared by some fans who believe 2Baba hasn’t looked the same since the couple’s reported separation. Still, not everyone agreed with the tone or delivery.

Social media users had mixed reactions to the video. Some found Radiogad’s blunt style hilarious and refreshingly honest:
“Lmao I never thought I’d ever agree with this guy, ahh I agree today,” @official__cherishmatur commented.
Others, however, found his words invasive and over the line:
“There should be some form of accountability when it comes to defaming others… You know nothing about what people are going through,” @iamkenz1 wrote, drawing parallels with the late Chadwick Boseman who was publicly judged for his weight loss while secretly battling cancer.
Another user, @udochukwu_h, weighed in with a sentimental twist:
“The truth is, if he returns to Annie, she’ll accept him back. That beautiful woman loves him so much upon his mumu behavior.”
In the midst of all the opinions, one thing remains certain, 2Baba, whether fresh-faced or tired-looking, continues to command public attention. And whether or not he chooses to respond to Radiogad’s viral rant, the debate around love, loyalty, and public image in celebrity relationships rages on.
