See the New Record Drake Just Broke in Music History

Drake has made history once again, this time, not with a chart-topper but with a record that cements his legacy in the music industry.
The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) announced on May 28 that the Canadian superstar has officially become the first artist ever to earn 10 Diamond certifications, a feat no one else has achieved.
In a post celebrating the milestone, the RIAA wrote:
“Drake has the most RIAA Diamond Certifications of any artist, ever,” sharing a graphic of his glittering plaques that now span across eras and sounds.
Two new songs recently joined Drake’s prestigious Diamond club
“Hold On, We’re Going Home” (from Nothing Was the Same)
“Best I Ever Had” (his breakout hit that introduced him to global stardom)
These join an elite list of previous Diamond-certified singles:
- God’s Plan
- One Dance
- Hotline Bling
- Life Is Good (with Future)
- SICKO MODE (with Travis Scott)
- No Guidance (with Chris Brown)
- Love Me (with Lil Wayne and Future)
This achievement puts Drake ahead of music legends like Garth Brooks and Post Malone, who each have nine Diamond certifications. Even more remarkably, Drake is the only artist to reach double-digit Diamond records across both singles and albums, a rare balance of mainstream appeal and longevity.
It’s another major win for the artist who continues to redefine success in the music industry.
