Shank to Nigerians: Stop Eyeing My MrBeast Money!

Published

on

Popular Nigerian comedian Shank Comics has issued a hilarious but firm warning to Nigerians and even close friends after he bagged a $10,000 cash prize from global YouTube star MrBeast during a viral appearance at Kai Cenat’s Streamer University.

While the win earned Shank major bragging rights and a moment in the global spotlight, it also came with unexpected “pressure” from home. Friends like Nasty Blaq reportedly reached out to “claim their own share” of the sudden fortune.

Now back in Lagos, Shank says he’s noticed a strange shift in how people are treating him — as if the entire country is entitled to a cut of his winnings.

“I’ve been seeing a lot of people looking at me differently in Lagos,” he said in a video.
“The $10K is for me, it’s not for the whole country. You guys should respect yourselves.”
