Popular comedian Seyi Law has thrown jabs at nightlife mogul Cubana Chief Priest and Instagram influencer Tunde Ednut, accusing them of double standards in their dealings with the Nigerian government.

In a fiery post on social media, Seyi Law slammed the duo for what he described as public pandering to anti-government sentiments while privately cozying up to the same administration they criticize.

His comments came after Cubana Chief Priest was seen visiting President Bola Tinubu, a move that triggered mixed reactions online. Seyi, who has been openly supportive of Tinubu and endured backlash for it, said he found the outrage amusing.

He didn’t hold back, particularly when mentioning Tunde Ednut. Seyi claimed Ednut was elated when President Tinubu personally called him on his birthday, even going as far as calling friends in Nigeria to share the news. He dared Ednut to deny it and “swear with his future children’s destiny” if it never happened.

“These guys play to the gallery on social media, but behind the scenes, they’re chasing government connections,” Seyi wrote. “God will judge all our hypocrisy. I say again, time will judge us all.”
