VeryDarkMan Threatens EFCC, Demands Answers from GTBank

Just hours after his highly anticipated return to social media, controversial critic and influencer Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan, has reignited tension online, this time, targeting the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

In his comeback video, VDM referred to his Ratel Movement as the “fourth arm of government,” positioning himself as a fearless voice in Nigeria’s fight for justice. But he didn’t stop there.

In a follow-up video obtained by Read Naija, the activist revealed that the EFCC is still in possession of his previous phone, a device he claims holds vital information. He explained that he’s been locked out of his iCloud and WhatsApp, stressing that the phone contains sensitive data that could expose deeper truths.

VeryDarkMan also issued a strong warning to the EFCC, telling them not to circulate any image of him holding a placard that suggests he was involved in money laundering. He denied all accusations of fraud and threatened to drag the commission to court if such a stunt is pulled.

But the drama deepened when he mentioned GTBank, hinting at their alleged role in his arrest. He promised to spill everything soon, claiming to have concrete evidence.

In his post shared with the video, VDM captioned:

“As far EFCC, as we’re about to become friends in the quest for a better Nigeria, we must start with integrity and clean hands. We can’t start with lies. And as for GTBank, I’ll be needing some explanations o.”
