Why Juma Jux Insists on One More Wedding—Even After Six
Tanzanian singer Juma Jux has opened up on why he and Nigerian influencer Priscilla Ojo chose Tanzania as the final destination for their last wedding ceremony. In a widely circulated video, the award-winning artiste revealed that the upcoming celebration on May 28, 2025, will mark the seventh and final leg of their elaborate love journey.
Speaking candidly, Jux said he wanted to pay tribute to every place that played a role in their relationship story. “This is the final round, the big one,” he declared. “I call it the final one because my wife is tired already,” he said with a laugh, referencing the stress Priscilla has endured through multiple traditional and white weddings.
The singer admitted that he initially wanted even more ceremonies to celebrate their love fully but had to consider Priscilla’s fatigue. “She always tells me, ‘It’s easy for you because you’re wearing a suit; I go through a lot with all the outfits,’ and I get that,” he shared.

Jux emphasized that the final wedding in Tanzania holds special meaning, not just because it’s his home country, but also because it will bring together friends and fans from across the world. “It’s going to be crazy,” he teased. “People are coming from Uganda, Kenya, China, the USA… and of course, Tanzania.”
